Work at an insulation material factory in Ashikaga City, Tochigi, inspecting and stacking insulation boards. The workplace is conveniently located 6 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk from Tobu-Izumi Station.
The daily payment rate is 1,500 yen, with a premium rate of 1,875 yen (25% premium) for overtime work. Weekdays only, with weekends and holidays off. The shift is from 8:00 to 17:00, with actual working hours of 7 hours 50 minutes.
Responsibilities include checking insulation boards on the production line for scratches and dirt, then stacking approved products. The boards are tatami-sized (~10kg each), requiring physical work suited for men. Other related factory tasks will also be assigned.
Long-term employment is available, with the option for online interviews and a workplace tour. Daily and advance payment options are available. Transportation expenses are paid (within regulations), and car commuting is allowed with free parking. Social insurance and paid leave are also provided, along with a uniform.
