Visual inspection and machine operation work at a chemical factory producing LCD display film in Odawara, Kanagawa.

Work involves a combination of tasks including production line management, quality inspection, packing, and shipping — not simple repetitive assembly.

Multiple shift patterns are available including 3-shift rotation, day shift only, and 2-shift rotation options.
