This is a wagashi and confectionery sales position at Tokyo Hiyoko, famous for the iconic "Meika Hiyoko" chick-shaped sweet, located inside Daimaru Tokyo directly connected to Tokyo Station.
Work includes customer service, cashier duties, sales reporting, and product restocking, with gift wrapping and noshi (celebratory wrapping) skills developed on the job.
Customer interaction is central to the role, naturally building communication skills and etiquette in a prestigious department store setting.
Three shift patterns are available within 09:00-21:30 operating hours, and preferred days off are accommodated.
