Work at brand new Marugame Seimen Chitose-Karasuyama branch in Tokyo Setagaya-ku. Opening staff! All start together — flat relationships. Pre-opening training in empty store. Very high 1,400 yen base (lunch focus)! Operating 9:00-18:00 (tentative). Wages by the minute. Self-report weekly shift. Hair color/style free. Family meal program (15-and-under children: card with up to 10,000 yen/month per child). Staff meal 120 yen for 800 yen worth. Toridoll group discount up to 25%. Transportation up to 50,000 yen/month. Salary increases. Bonus. Path to full-time. Bicycle OK. High school welcomed. Long-term.

Hall and kitchen duties: customer greeting with smile, udon cooking assist (boiling and plating), tempura cooking (vegetables/shrimp/chicken), rice-dish cooking (onigiri/inari per recipe), register operations (auto-change machines), dishwashing (auto-machine — no hand chap!), and store cleaning. Tasks finely divided for efficiency. Manuals and recipes provided. Senior staff training.

Operating 9:00-18:00 (tentative). Self-report weekly shift, week 2+ days, 3h+ minimum. Long-term (3+ months). Lunch shift welcomed. Test/family/event flexibility. Lunch-only / weekday-only / weekend-only all OK.
