Focus on udon cooking and tempura frying. Wages by the minute.
Cooking duties: take udon orders (hot/cold, size), boil and plate udon, fry tempura and make onigiri per recipes, serve across counter with care reminders. Also handle register, dishwashing (dishwasher available), and floor/counter cleaning.
Operating 8:00-22:00. Minimum 2 days per week and 3 hours per day. Weekly shift submissions. Weekday-only, weekend-only both welcome.
