Duties include:
Thorough training for first-timers and newcomers. Minimal workload with automated cashier system.
Two shift blocks: daytime (8:00-17:00) and evening (17:00-23:00). Minimum 1 day per week.
Early morning (5:00-9:00): +50 yen. Deep night (22:00-5:00): +25%. Fixed shift system.
Double work and dependent deduction OK.
Monthly examples: week 3 daytime = 138,012 yen, week 3 evening = 98,700 yen. Salary increases available. No overtime.
