Duties are divided into clear tasks — hall cleanup, dishwashing, cashier, and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes — so each staff member can work efficiently without feeling overwhelmed.
Weekday shifts run until 22:00 while weekend shifts end at 18:00, offering options for both weekday and weekend workers.
No experience is required, and thorough training with detailed recipes is provided for all new staff.
Staff meals are available for just 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen in value, and a family meal support card is available for employees with children aged 15 and under.
