Yakiniku Hall & Kitchen Staff Part Time Job

Work at Niku no Yamagyu Minami-Gyotoku, a charcoal-grilled yakiniku beef bowl restaurant directly in front of Minami-Gyotoku Station in Ichikawa, Chiba.

Staff handle customer service, meat cutting, charcoal grilling, bento preparation, register operations, and dishwashing in an open kitchen setting where customers watch the cooking live.

Full training and recipe manuals are provided, and beginners are welcome - most current staff started with no prior service experience.

Wages are calculated per minute worked, and night shifts after 22:00 include a 25% deep-night premium.
