Limited menu, easy to memorize.
Flexible shifts: 9:00-15:00, 9:00-18:00, 12:30-20:30, 14:30-20:30, etc. Actual 5-8 hours negotiable with 1 hour break.
Minimum 3 days per week. Fixed time OK. Almost no overtime.
Weekend day off possible.
Monthly examples: short 87,000 yen (3 days x 5h) to full 243,600 yen (5 days x 8h).
