Work as a cooking assistant at a hotel restaurant in Gifu City (Kanda-cho), 5 minutes walk from Meitetsu-Gifu Station.
Cut ingredients, plate dishes, wash dishes/utensils, and clean kitchen. Chef on-site for support - assistant role only.
Duties include cutting food ingredients, plating dishes, washing dishes and cooking utensils, cleaning the kitchen, and general assistance.
No difficult cooking required - support role with chef nearby.
Three shift options: early (6:30-10:30, 4h), midday (10:30-15:00, 4.5h), or full (6:30-15:00, 7.5h with 60min break).
All-shift coverage welcome. Fixed time also negotiable.
Week 3-5. No overtime. Long-term (3+ months).
Workplace tour available.
Cooking experience preferred (blanks OK).
