Patisserie work at Fish Bank TOKYO, a French restaurant on the 215th floor with a view of Tokyo Tower, directly connected to Shiodome Station in Minato-ku, Tokyo.
Duties include assiette dessert finishing, preparation of cakes, baked goods, and mousses, message plate and anniversary occasion handling, and dessert service support during lunch and dinner.
Three shift patterns available covering morning, half-day, and evening, with 3 to 5 days per week — short-term contracts from 2 months and dual employment are both welcome.
Daily pay available, staff meals provided, and individual lockers and a break room are on-site.
Patisserie and patisserie work experience is required; those with a career gap are also welcome to apply.
