Hall: serve customers, clear tables, and wash dishes.
Kitchen: cook Hiroshima okonomiyaki and prepare ingredients.
Separate prep staff also recruiting (13:00-16:00, knife skills only, no customer service).

Evening operating 18:00-3:00 (shifts within range, min 4 hours). Prep staff 13:00-16:00. Minimum 2 days per week. Weekend-only OK.
Deep night (after 22:00): 1,500-1,750 yen. Training 1 month at 1,100 yen.
