Hall and kitchen duties: serve yakitori and drinks, cook in the kitchen, and handle general izakaya operations. Multiple stores to potentially work at (Yakitori 526, Sumi Gekijo, Musashi-Za, Kitaro Sushi, Sumi Gekijo 168).
Weekly shift submissions. Operating 12:00-0:00. Minimum 1 day per week and 3 hours per day. Week 3+ workers prioritized for higher wage.
Shift examples: lunch 11:00-15:00, 12:00-17:00, evening 17:00-23:00. No overtime. Training 25 days at 1,200 yen.
Wage set at interview (1,300-1,500 yen) based on: week 3+ availability, last-shift availability, and exclusive employment.
