Duties include greeting customers, taking udon orders, boiling noodles, frying tempura, making onigiri, takeout orders, cashier (auto-change), dishwashing with dish machine, and cleaning.
Weekday hours 9:00-23:00, weekend/holiday hours 8:30-23:00. Weekly shift submissions with minimum 2 days per week and 3 hours per day.
Deep night after 22:00 at 25% premium. Wages calculated by the minute.
