Duties include greeting customers, taking udon orders, boiling noodles, frying tempura and making onigiri, cashier (auto-change), dishwashing, and takeout preparation.
Weekday hours 9:00-23:00, weekend/holiday hours 8:30-23:00. Weekly shift submissions with minimum 2 days per week and 3 hours per day. Deep night after 22:00 at 25% premium.
Wages calculated by the minute. Staff meal at 120 yen for 800 yen worth. Hair style and color free. High school students welcome.
