Two shift blocks: 11:00-14:00 (3h) and 17:00-22:30 (5h). Full combined = 8h actual + 180 min break. Week 4+ OK (min 20h/week). Biweekly shift. Almost no overtime (~30 min/day). Long-term (3+ months).
