The store operates 24 hours a day, with a minimum of 2 days per week and 2 hours per day. A monthly self-report shift system is in place.
A fixed base is available with flexibility for tests and family events. Deep night shifts (22:00-05:00) are available for those 18 and older.
Early morning shifts (05:00-09:00) receive a +150 yen premium. Deep night shifts receive 1,413 yen. High school students are paid 1,080 yen.
All overtime is fully paid, and a pay-raise system is available.
Transportation expenses are paid (within regulations), and car commuting is OK. The store is also 9 minutes by car from Bizen-Tai Station.
