Hall: guide customers, serve food, handle register.
Kitchen: cook menu items. Tasks divided by time block.
Operating 8:00-22:30. Three shift blocks per role: 8:00-14:00, 10:00-18:00, 15:00-22:30. Morning cleaning: 8:00-9:30.
Minimum 1 day per week and 2 hours per day. Deep night (22:00+): 1,335 yen. Training at same wage. Quarterly raises (avg +10-70 yen).
