Hall and kitchen staff at Marugame Seimen Kawagoe store, a popular udon restaurant chain by Toridoll Holdings.

Hall duties include clearing tables, dishwashing, and operating the register. Kitchen duties include preparing udon, tempura, and rice dishes.

Tasks are divided into specific roles so each position is efficient. Manual and training provided for beginners.

Flexible scheduling with weekly shift submissions. Weekday and weekend hours available. Shifts as short as 4 hours OK. Pay calculated by the minute.
