Kitchen & Hall Staff - Sugidama Sushi Izakaya

Work at Sugidama Kiba, a sushi izakaya in Koto-ku, 8 minutes walk from Kiba Station (Tozai).

Kitchen responsibilities include:

• Grip nigiri sushi (premium/classic)
• Prep izakaya dishes (Sugidama potato salad, etc.)
• Cooking assist

Hall responsibilities include:

• Take orders
• Serve sushi/dishes
• Explain nationwide pure sake
• Table setting

Evening shift from 17:00 to 23:30 (minimum 4 hours). Week 1+ OK. 22:00+ is 18+ only. Shift system. Immediate start OK. Long-term (3+ months).
