Duties include greeting customers, boiling and plating udon, frying tempura (vegetables, shrimp, chicken), register (auto-change machines), dishwashing (dishwasher available), and floor cleaning.

Weekday: 18:00-23:00. Weekend: 6:00-23:00. Minimum 2 days per week and 2 hours per day. Weekly shift submissions.
Deep night (22:00+): 25% premium. Weekday-only and weekend-only both OK.
