Hall and kitchen duties: serve Italian dishes, cook menu items, and handle general restaurant operations. Detailed training system. Skill-based evaluation for raises. Shift conditions and ability both factor into wage increases.
Operating 10:00-23:30. Deep night shift focus: 22:00-23:30. Minimum 1 day per week and 2 hours per day. Monthly shift submissions. Weekend workers especially welcome. Double work OK. High school students same wage.
Training 100 hours at 1,475 yen (can end early if skill criteria met). Shift condition bonus: +10-140 yen. Ability-based raise: +20-130 yen. Weekday/open/close shift bonuses. Total up to +250 yen possible.
