Hall duties include guiding guests, serving ramen, cashier, and cleanup. Kitchen duties include cooking, plating, and dishwashing. Tablet ordering reduces workload.
Lunch-focused shifts between 11:00 and 15:00 with various 2-4 hour options. Minimum 1 day per week and just 2 hours per day. No overtime.
Lunch bonus: +100 yen/hour for all shifts between 11:00-15:00 (effective 1,400 yen). Training (50 hours): 1,250 yen. Under-18: 1,226 yen.
