Part-Time Izakaya Kitchen Staff

Kitchen staff role at Mekiki no Ginji MONA Shin-Urayasu, an izakaya restaurant on the 4th floor of MONA Shin-Urayasu Building A near Shin-Urayasu Station.

No cooking experience needed — staff are trained from the basics including how to hold a knife.

Work begins with dishwashing and simple plating, progressing to prep work and cooking assistance.

Two shift options: full service (11:00-23:00) or lunch only (11:00-15:00), from 1 day per week and 3 hours per day.
