Work at Washoku Sato Tsukuba branch, Japan's largest washoku family restaurant chain with 200+ stores, in Tsukuba City (Higashi-Arai area), 14 minutes walk from Tsukuba Station.
Hall duties include guiding customers, serving food, and clearing tables. Customers order via touch panel, so almost no order-taking needed. Later: cashier and dessert preparation. Kitchen available too.
Multiple lunch shift options: 10:00-13:00, 10:00-14:00, 11:00-14:00, 11:00-15:00, 14:00-17:00. Minimum 1 day per week and 3 hours per day. Self-report shift system. Sunday/holiday: +50 yen.
Staff meals at 250 yen. Employee and family discount ("Oyako-wari" child-raising support). Advance pay available (from earned wages). Clear step-up promotion system with path to full-time.
No experience required. No age or education restrictions. Double work and dependent tax deduction OK.
