Kitchen staff role at Yokohama Uoman Okayama Ekimae, an izakaya restaurant on the 2nd floor of Daini Sogo Building near Okayama Station.
No cooking experience needed — staff are trained from the basics including how to hold a knife.
Work begins with dishwashing and simple plating, progressing to prep work and cooking assistance.
Two shift options available: late night (00:00-05:00) and lunch (11:00-15:00), from 1 day per week and 3 hours per day.
