Kitchen duties begin with dishwashing and vegetable plating, with tasks assigned gradually at each individual's own pace.
The lunch shift is centered around housewives, and the self-declared shift system makes it easy to balance work with family and household responsibilities.
Shifts are available from 1 day a week and 3 hours a day.
