Multiple shift blocks available: daytime (9:00-17:00), evening (17:00-22:00), and overnight (22:00-6:00 at 1,438 yen deep night rate).
Flexible scheduling from just 1 day per week and 3 hours per day. Weekday-only or weekend-only both OK.
Quarterly evaluations with skill-based raises of 10-200 yen.
Leader Crew earns +100 yen/hour plus 5,000 yen monthly allowance.
Shift submissions every 2 weeks.
