The administrative assistant provides administrative support to the Head of School and Assistant Head of School/Head of Lower School, facilitating the smooth functioning of the School, with particular focus on the Lower School.
The administrative assistant organizes, coordinates, and performs administrative duties requiring independent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential to this position.
The administrative assistant will communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure seamless operations.
