University Prep (UPrep) is a 6–12 independent school in northeast Seattle, WA, one of the country’s most dynamic cities. As a member of the Upper School faculty, the Upper School Math Teacher will teach at least four sections of Upper School math, work collaboratively with other faculty and staff, serve as an Upper School advisor, and participate in the life of the school outside of classroom teaching responsibilities.
The Upper School Math Teacher will teach a range of math courses, including Geometry through Calculus, and may also teach advanced math classes. The teacher will use formative teaching and assessment methods to engage students and promote deep learning.
