Day Service Care Staff (Recreation & Activity)

We increase smiles in the daily lives of seniors through singing, exercise, and seasonal events.

This job involves supporting the daily lives of users at a day service center, primarily through recreation and events.

• Assisting with exercises and light physical activity
• Planning and implementing seasonal events (birthday parties, crafts, games, etc.)
• Facilitating karaoke, brain training, and creative activities
• Assisting with meals, bathing, and mobility
• Conversing with and supervising users

More than just caregiving, this is a role that creates time for users to say,

• Japanese Language Level: Conversational (N3 guideline)
• No experience necessary
• Experienced candidates welcome (caregiving, customer service, education, etc.)
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour break)
• Two days off per week (Sundays and New Year holidays)
• Work Location: Dazaifu City, Fukuoka Prefecture - Pearl Villa Dazaifu (Daycare facility attached)
