Work picking and sorting convenience store refrigerated products with leader duties at a CDC warehouse in Sapporo Shiroishi-ku (Ryutsu Center), 15 minutes walk from Oyachi Station (JR). Sort/pick cold items by store using carts, set blue cases (oricon/banju), transport to shipping, and clean up. Leader role includes onboarding new staff and guiding work procedures.
Three shift options: 12:30-21:30, 13:30-22:30, or 14:30-23:30 (each actual 8 hours). Week 5. Shift system (no fixed days off). Long-term. Immediate start. Deep night (22:00+) premium on later shifts. Urgent hire.
