Duties include operating simple printing machines, inspecting finished products, packing into boxes, creating shipping slips, applying labels, preparing shipments, banding, and moving items to dispatch areas.
Night shift from 21:00 to 6:00 AM. Week-on-week-off 2-day rest system. Almost no overtime (under 10 hours/month). Long-term position.
Deep night rate (22:00-5:00): 1,538 yen (25% premium on base 1,230 yen). Female staff especially active. Staff in their 20s-40s.
