Middle School Science Teacher

Connelly School of the Holy Child is seeking a passionate Middle School Teacher to join our outstanding faculty for the 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities:

• Teach middle school courses in science and lead an advisory.
• Foster a classroom environment that is conducive to the intellectual, social, and emotional development of young women.
• Collaborate with other middle school teachers in the division to support student learning.
• Collaborate with math and science teachers to plan curriculum and build interest in STEM fields and enrichment.
• Communicate effectively and consistently with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Maintain appropriate records, student progress reports, and follow required procedures and practices.
• Integrate the use and care of technology, equipment, materials, and facilities adequately.
• Make an active commitment to enhancing our school community through involvement on committees and in student life activities.

• Master's degree in Science Education or related field.
• Teaching certification in Science Education.
• Experience teaching middle school science.
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to academic excellence and innovation.
