This position involves teaching four year-long sections of Upper School science courses, with a focus on physics concepts and scientific skill development.
The primary responsibilities of this role include teaching foundational ninth-grade science courses, upper-level physics elective courses, and potentially chemistry as part of the Upper School science program.
Preferred qualifications include a strong background in physics, experience teaching high school physics, and experience in chemistry and/or developing elective coursework.
Additionally, experience teaching skills-based, inquiry-driven science through Next Generation Science Standards or competency-based approaches is desirable.
