We are looking for talent in UX/UI for an international project! Remote LATAM, payment in USD.
We are seeking professionals in User Experience and Interfaces (UX/UI) for a high-impact digital transformation project.
We have 2 open positions:
- Senior UX/UI Expert
- Semi-Senior UX/UI Expert
The position is 100% remote from LATAM, payment in USD, and a contractor modality (by project).
You will work defining the user experience strategy for digital initiatives, ensuring a human-centered design, omnichannel consistency, and accessibility.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ledership and research with users and stakeholders
- Design of journeys, flows, and objective experiences
- Validation of proposals through usability testing and metrics
- Alignment of design with processes, business, and technology
- Definition of visual guidelines and accessibility
- Prioritization of improvements to reduce friction and increase digital conversion
You will also have the following key knowledge:
- UX Research and Service Design / CX
- Design of journeys and information architecture
- Usability testing and accessibility
- Design of interfaces and experience analytics
- Management of tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, Hotjar
- Management tools: Jira and Confluence
