Work at an automotive parts logistics center in Yokohama City Kanazawa Ward as a team leader handling roll call, shift scheduling for a team of around 10 staff, and joining the production floor for automotive parts packing tasks when needed.
Desk work such as shift creation makes up approximately half the role and floor work the other half.
The facility is air-conditioned with break rooms and clean washrooms, making it comfortable for all staff including women.
Training starts with business etiquette and OJT with a senior staff member, with the aim of working independently within 2 to 6 months.
