Clarity on the Role:
The Senior Specialist, Growth Operations will report to the Senior Director of Growth Operations and will play a critical role in enabling the effectiveness and scalability of the Growth Team. This role is responsible for identifying operational gaps, driving process improvement, and building the infrastructure that supports a high-performing B2B sales organization. The ideal candidate brings direct experience in growth or sales operations within a large or rapidly scaling organization and is equally comfortable developing strategy as executing it.
