About the Role

This is a customer service and service coordination role focused on managing bookings, handling enquiries, and liaising with hospitals, clinicians and patients to ensure a seamless experience.

You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries and play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls and email enquiries
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments using internal systems
  • Liaise with hospitals, referrers, clinicians and patients
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry
  • Provide administrative support to the wider operations team
  • Ensure bookings and service requests are processed efficiently and accurately
