SAP Project Manager with OCM Experience

To complement our team in LATAM, we are looking for a SAP Project Manager with OCM experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery to executive stakeholders.
• Drive project governance, including risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication at all levels.
• Support the development and execution of communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Facilitate project, sponsor, and change governance meetings, ensuring alignment across business and IT stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track both project performance and adoption success.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders (up to VP level), acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Integrate and execute change management strategies, including impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and business processes.
• Mentor and guide consulting teams, fostering both project delivery excellence and professional development.

• Strong experience in SAP project management, with a focus on OCM.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects, with a focus on quality, timelines, and budget.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders (up to VP level).
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the SAP ecosystem.
