Trinity Valley School (TVS) seeks a relational, detail-oriented, and mission-driven Assistant Director of Admissions and Financial Aid to serve as a key leader within the Enrollment Management team. Reporting to the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management, this role plays a central part in stewarding Middle and Upper School families through the admissions process while overseeing the administration of financial aid for both current and prospective families.

This is a highly relational and visible role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, service, and operational excellence. The Assistant Director serves as a trusted guide for prospective families, collaborates closely with school leadership and admissions committees, and ensures that financial aid processes are managed with integrity, discretion, and care.
