Staff Accountant

The Allen-Stevenson School seeks a Staff Accountant who will support business operations and interface with the school community and vendors.

The successful candidate has a strong background and knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, tuition billing, and financial reporting.

The Staff Accountant reports to the Senior Accountant and provides support to the CFO.

This full-time, in-person position starts on or around May 1, 2026, and is eligible for benefits.

• Strong background and knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, tuition billing, and financial reporting.
• Ability to oversee all cash receipts and related processes, including student enrollment billing, the reconciliation of financial aid awards, deferred tuition, and auxiliary revenue.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
