Description

St. Stephen’s Episcopal School in Austin, Texas, a grades 6-12 day and boarding school of 710 students, is seeking a full-time Admission Office Operations Manager and Financial Aid Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Associate Head of School for Enrollment Management and Financial Aid;
  • Coordinating the financial aid process and serving as a financial aid committee member;
  • Coordinating event logistics for the Admission office with the Security, Maintenance, Facilities and Dining Hall departments;
  • Supporting Admission events as needed;
  • Greeting visitors to the office, answering and directing phone calls, and creating a welcoming environment for prospective students and their families;
  • Managing office inventory of marketing materials, office and kitchen supplies;
  • Managing the Admission office budget and processing departmental expense reports;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
