Open Window School (K-8, coed, 360 student day school) is seeking highly qualified candidates for its Assistant Director of Admissions position.

Position Overview
We are seeking an engaging and detail-oriented Assistant Director of Admissions to join our Admissions team. This full-time, 12-month position supports all aspects of the admissions process, including recruitment, outreach, and communication with prospective families.
The Assistant Director of Admissions will work closely with the Director of Admissions to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans, manage the admissions database, and provide exceptional customer service to prospective families.
