Reporting to the Dean of Enrollment, the Data and Communications Manager oversees the administration and strategic use of the school’s enrollment CRM, Finalsite Enrollment, supporting the full lifecycle of the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment.
This role ensures the efficient collection and management of applicant data, manages communication workflows with prospective families, and provides analysis of data trends to help improve response rates, conversion, and overall enrollment outcomes.
Working closely with the Admissions Office, the Data and Communications Manager ensures systems and processes support a seamless experience for prospective families while providing accurate data and insights to inform enrollment strategy.
The Data and Communications Manager also serves as a key point of contact for prospective students and families, providing timely support throughout the admissions process and assisting international students with required documentation and onboarding.
