Perelman Jewish Day School, a Pre-K to 5th grade independent school in the Philadelphia area, is seeking a warm, organized, and enthusiastic Lower School Admissions Associate to join the team that will recruit, enroll, and retain a diverse and dynamic student body.

In the fall of 2027–2028, Perelman Jewish Day School and Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy will unify to create a new independent PreK–12 Jewish community day school. The Lower School Admissions Associate will be a key partner in supporting the school’s growth during this exciting period of transition.

They will play an integral role in shaping the inaugural class of the new school while supporting long-term enrollment growth in the community. This role is ideal for a relationship-oriented professional who enjoys working closely with families and serving as an ambassador for the school community.

The Lower School Admissions Associate will report to the Director of Enrollment and work in close partnership with the Enrollment, Academic and Institutional Advancement teams across all campuses.

A primary focus of this role will be managing the admissions process for prospective families at the Forman Center and serving as a key point of contact for the Forman families throughout their journey.

• Serve as a primary liaison for prospective families at the Forman Center, guiding them through the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment
• Conduct tours for prospective families, with a primary focus on the Forman Center, while also supporting tours at the Stern Center
• Manage a portfolio of applicants, including tracking applicant progress, coordinating visits, and ensuring timely communication with families
• Support recruitment efforts by helping to identify and engage prospective families
