Part-Time Care Support Staff

This is a care support role at a serviced senior housing facility in Midori-ku, Nagoya, covering day shifts only with no overnight work required.

Duties include linen changes and room cleaning, meal support, accompanying residents on walks, and assisting with toilet and bathing routines through gentle prompting and physical support.

Shifts start from just 2 days a week, and short-hour or fixed-day arrangements can also be discussed to fit your personal schedule.

Those with at least 6 months of practical care experience are welcome even without a formal qualification; those with certifications receive a higher rate.

Daily pay is available, and a dedicated staff member provides ongoing support after you start.

Transportation is fully covered, and social insurance is provided in full.
