Description

This is a Full Remote job, available from anywhere in the world.

Abridge was founded in 2018 with the mission of powering deeper understanding in healthcare. Our AI-powered platform was purpose-built for medical conversations, improving clinical documentation efficiencies while enabling clinicians to focus on what matters most—their patients.

Our enterprise-grade technology transforms patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes in real-time, with deep EMR integrations. Powered by Linked Evidence and our purpose-built, auditable AI, we are the only company that maps AI-generated summaries to ground truth, helping providers quickly trust and verify the output. As pioneers in generative AI for healthcare, we are setting the industry standards for the responsible deployment of AI across health systems.

We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense. We have offices located in the Mission District in San Francisco, the SoHo neighborhood of New York, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh.

As a Clinical Success Director, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional generative AI platform for clinicians. Your work will directly contribute to improving the cognitive burden associated with clinical documentation. You will collaborate with clients, partners, product managers, designers, machine learners, and healthcare professionals to bring to life products that bridge the gap between clinical conversations and actionable data.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide clinician enablement by delivering education and training to new users, building collateral and resources to support adoption.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive user adoption and engagement, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of clinicians and healthcare organizations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare industry, informing product development and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in clinical success, customer success, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
