Manual QA Engineer (Mobile) - Full Remote

You'll be joining a product team that builds and scales complex internal and user-facing products used by 1M+ users across Tier-1 markets. Our ecosystem includes mobile apps for iOS and Android, high-load backend services, and internal admin tools that support multiple business lines in social networking and streaming. This role is about deep product understanding, strong backend testing, and real influence on quality — not just checking boxes, but improving how fast and reliably we ship features at scale.

In this role, you will:

• Perform manual testing of iOS and Android applications, ensuring a high-quality user experience across mobile platforms.
• Conduct smoke, sanity, regression, and functional testing for new features, releases, and product updates.
• Validate backend functionality using API tools and databases, primarily MongoDB.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, checklists, test plans, and bug reports.
• Investigate, reproduce, and analyze defects, collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Test and validate A/B experiments, ensuring accurate implementation and reliable results.
• Work with internal systems, including admin panels and supporting tools, to verify end-to-end functionality.
• Prepare testing reports and provide clear visibility into product quality and release readiness.
• Drive continuous improvements in testing processes, coverage, efficiency, and overall product quality.

• 3+ years of experience in Mobile QA with hands-on testing of iOS and Android applications.
• Strong understanding of backend testing and API tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with Scrum ceremonies and Agile methodologies.
