Work at an automotive press parts factory in Iwanuma City, Miyagi, manufacturing small auto components (half-notepad size), about 6 minutes by car from Sendai Airport Station.
Recruiting 10+ people. Duties include machine startup checks, supplying small parts to machines, organizing boxes (~5kg), washing parts in cleaning machine, and sorting processed components. Simple focused tasks.
Weekday daytime shift from 8:00 to 17:00 (8 hours actual, 1 hour break). Weekends and holidays off with major holiday breaks (GW, Obon, New Year). Almost no overtime (~10h/month).
Air-conditioned factory with on-site cafeteria (cash-pay, packed lunch OK). Both men and women active. Factory tour available before starting.
No experience required. No age or education restrictions. Thorough training with senior support. ISO 45001 certified safe workplace.
